Historical Building gets new life with PICA Bar revival

PICA BAR is an institution of Perth’s art scene. Its part of the PICA buildings in Northbridge, but the local pub was nearly lost late 2018.

The power of the peoples voice created a storm as they campaigned to SAVE PICA Bar, even supported by direct competitors and industry leaders.

Buildwell Group have been proudly appointed in January and we are now in final building approval stages.

The original DA was modified further, then we reviewed the plans and got creative with the interior design.

The overall impact of this venue is one with a timeless, yet eclectic feel.
