Taking a floor at the very modern building of 49 Oxford Close, our client wanted a cost effective solution for their international certification business.

Key areas for design and build

• waiting room with privacy zones & breakout

• education/ group rooms

Loads of natural light and some greenscape is available to this space. Toilet areas were existing and not required for refurbishment.

Before restrictions from COVID-19, the directors were able to travel over and visit the site. They were very excited about the design of the space, quality of the workmanship and site management and progress to date.

This work is due to be handed over by April 10th, 2020.
