Milos Stojsavljevic - Managing Director
With a lifetime career of delivering solutions for businesses, founding director Milos brings 20+ years of experience in the commercial fit-out industry. His is known in the industry as a most respected and experienced business owner, interior designer, project manager and builder.
His leadership and supervising style is commendable with excellent relationships across trades, council, clients, agents and building owners; to deliver many small to large-scale office fit outs, entertainment venues, hospitality and medical suites.
With every customer, he has left a positive impression of the commercial design and build experience. Presence on site, direct management of trades and ability to effectively communicate with all parties ensures the quality of each project.
All of his work to date comes from recommendations from past clients and repeat work with many. If a new client is keen to meet or talk with any past clients, it is welcomed!
8 years of his time was building up Habitat1 as a founding director, which he sold in 2012.
His projects have received DIA awards – INLITE & Testube with a recommendation for Zecca.
Juliana ValLejo Design Manager
Understanding the client’s brand is key to delivering the right design.
Juli brings 13 years of Interior Designer experience, 5 of those abroad. Proficiency in design software, management of selections and closely working with clients and our trade teams are Juli’s strengths.
As the senior voice in the design process for Buildwell Group, her tenacity ensures clients reach the potential of the site with thoughtful design practise and flair. How the client needs to work in their space, whether its increasing productivity, helping engage their target market or assisting in service delivery, these needs are at the heart of Juli’s drive.
Her experience includes a high volume of medical, office, education, hospitality and retail.

CODI WULUFF - Project Manager/ CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Codi is our newest team member and has extensive experience and success in construction from base build to fit out of medium to large sized projects across many sectors.
He has successfully delivered several private hospitals, cancer clinics, GP surgeries and aged care facilities.
Codi has a hands-on approach to project management, leading the team on site and working closely with the client to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope.
Having a great leader like Codi means our clients are in great hands.
Andy Murdoch - Construction Supervisor
